Approximately one month ago, the US Department of Justice filed a complaint against Forest Labs in U.S. District Court in Massachusetts, alleging that the company has marketed the drugs Celexa and Lexapro for unapproved pediatric use and for paying kickbacks to physicians to induce them to prescribe the drugs.
